What could
automation save?
Put a value on the time your team spends on repetitive work. Start with an example, then use your own numbers.

How this estimate works
The calculation
Monthly manual labor cost equals monthly volume × minutes per task ÷ 60 × staff cost per hour.
Automated labor cost uses the effort reduction shown for your selected example. Existing software costs apply to both workflows. Automation adds an assumed $45 monthly platform fee.
Year 1 net benefit equals 12 months of savings minus the $8,340 setup and build assumption.
The assumptions
The examples assume 95% less manual effort for sales operations, 98% for finance, and 85% for support. These are planning inputs.
Sales cost per acquired customer assumes 8% of leads convert, rounded to a whole customer with a minimum of one when leads are present. Finance and support show cost per invoice or inquiry.
Recovered labor value represents capacity your team could use elsewhere. Cash savings depend on how that capacity is used. Actual implementation scope and platform costs can vary.
