Real problems, what I did, and what changed. Names are kept general where clients asked for privacy.

150,000 hours back: an automation layer for a 200-person agency

Problem. Teams moved work between project, finance, creative and collaboration tools by hand. Status updates, approvals and reports ate hours every week.

What I did. Built an automation and AI layer on top of the existing tools. Designed 180+ prototypes and put 25+ automations into daily use for intake, routing, notifications, reporting and data sync. Added data checks so people trusted the output.

Result. An estimated 150,000+ hours saved a year, about one hour a day back for 110 people.

Nine platforms, one source of truth

Problem. Every team had its own tool. Nobody wanted to give theirs up, and project information lived in nine places.

What I did. Let each team keep the platform that worked for it, then connected them with APIs, webhooks and middleware. Project data now flows between project management, resourcing, finance, collaboration, creative and CRM tools without re-keying.

Result. One source of truth for project information, real-time data for every team, and fewer cross-department conflicts.

Building a PMO that grew billable revenue 12%

Problem. Work came in through hallway asks and inboxes. Estimates were guesses, projects ran over, and leadership couldn't see capacity until it was gone.

What I did. Stood up a PMO from scratch. Deployed Workfront for intake, resourcing and timelines. Built financial scoping tools so every project started with a real estimate and a clear scope. Added weekly status and burn reporting.

Result. Delivery got predictable, and billable revenue rose 12%.

95% adoption: rolling out new tools people actually use

Problem. New platforms often launch to a shrug. People keep their old spreadsheets and the investment never pays off.

What I did. Ran onboarding for 200+ people with role-specific training, SOPs, quick-reference guides and office hours. Tracked adoption by team and followed up where usage lagged.

Result. 95%+ adoption across 200+ users.

AI agents that triage and route requests

Problem. Requests arrived by email, chat and forms. Someone had to read each one, figure out what it was, create the task and tell the right people.

What I did. Built AI agents that read incoming requests, classify them, create the task, route it to the right owner and post status updates automatically.

Result. Requests land in the right place in minutes instead of waiting in someone's inbox.

Delivering on compliant federal platforms

Problem. Federal programs need the same speed as commercial work, but every release has to meet strict security and compliance standards.

What I did. Consulted on platforms built to FedRAMP, FISMA and NIST requirements, keeping delivery moving while compliance checkpoints were built into the plan.

Result. Programs shipped without trading speed for compliance.
