In 2020, as Technology Director, I led a refresh of our platform ecosystem with a clear focus: platforms that support our processes, not dictate them; that connect; that reduce friction; and that help people get more done effectively.

Each group kept the platform that supported their processes and worked best for them. Behind the scenes, I built the connective tissue—an integration approach that allowed information to flow reliably across tools using APIs, webhooks, automation, and AI-driven workflows—so teams stayed aligned without extra meetings, duplicate updates, or missed handoffs.

Scope & Execution

  • Onboarded and trained 200+ employees, achieving a 95%+ adoption rate by delivering role-specific enablement content and interactive tools.

  • Designed and maintained 180+ prototype scenarios and 25+ active automations using Adobe Fusion and middleware tools.

  • Created a unified operating layer across nine platforms, enabling data and workflow fluidity.

Impact

  • Established a single source of truth for all project-related information, making it easier for teams to access real-time data and reduce confusion across departments.

  • Realized an estimated 150,000+ hours of annual time savings, equivalent to 110 FTEs gaining back 1 hour per day.
